Lulu

Lulu is a cool and composed woman who is Yuna's guardian. Her chill exterior hides a very warm-hearted person, who has been deeply hurt. She acts as a sort of surrogate older sister to Yuna, and like Auron, she has experience in this guardian gig.

Lulu's Black Magic is valuable against elemental fiends or those who are strong against physical attacks. As she moves through the Sphere Grid, her Magic attribute tends to rise. However, her HP and defense are very low. After she completes her section of the Sphere Grid, you might want to teach her Wakka's Black Magic before continuing on to Yuna's section to continue raising her magic abilities.

Lulu's Overdrive: Fury

Lulu's Overdrive permits her to cast spells multiple times without using MP. This functions even if she is Silenced and will ignore an enemy's Shell or Reflect. It chooses random targets. The number of times the spell is cast depends on how many times you rotate the control stick. The spells available for her Overdrive (once she's learned them on the Sphere Grid) are: Fire, Fira, Firaga, Water, Watera, Waterga, Thunder, Thundara, Thundaga, Blizzard, Blizzara, Blizzaga, Bio, Demi, Death, Drain, Osmose, Flare, Ultima.
