Shiva is fairly low on Defense and Attack power, but her speed and insanely high Evasion more than make up for it. Besides being the most graphically illustrated least-dressed female in the history of Final Fantasy, she has a very useful special attack. Heavenly Strike does non-elemental damage, delays the enemy's next turn slightly, and may inflict the status effect Threaten.

Shiva's Overdrive, Diamond Dust, does powerful ice-elemental damage to all enemies, but there's a significant recovery time. She comes with Blizzard and Blizzara, which she can cast on herself to recover HP, and the White Magic spells NulBlaze and NulFrost.

Activate Lulu's Onion Knight with the Venus Crest to break Shiva's damage limit.
